Today our walk was dedicated in honor of:
Army SPC Devin Lee Nealey, Age 20 of Jamestown, TN.
Died Feb. 24, 2009
Mr. Nealey was born August 16, 1988 in Jamestown, Tennessee. He was a student at Middle Tennessee State University. He was in the Army National Guard.
We had a great 4.48 Mile walk today. We parked at the Post Office in Allardt , TN and then we walked to the Fentress Memory Gardens where we met family and a friend. We place a flag at his grave and we had a great visit. We then walked back to Allardt. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us today. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved and saluted in helping us honor this hero today. It was amazing. Thank you.
