Today my walk was dedicated in honor of:

Navy Veteran James Bachie, Age 67 of Chino Valley, AZ
Died Jul. 6, 2020
Medic in Vietnam

He was a loving father, grandfather, and husband. My dad was very proud to have served his country in the navy and proudly displayed his Vietnam Veteran hat everywhere he went. He continued to help people after leaving the Navy with his hard work and dedication to social work and enriching people’s lives in Prescott Arizona and the surrounding areas. He had a wonderful sense of humor and kept his smile despite a lot of health challenges that he fought over the years. He was born in
Martins Ferry, Belmont, Ohio. He passed away in Chino Valley AZ.

We had a great walk this morning. We stopped by the War Memorial Park down town and then went on to the city cemetery to honor a few of our fallen veterans their by cleaning their headstones. The weather was beautiful and we had a great walk. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero.

He will not be forgotten !
