My walk today was dedicated in honor of:
WWII Army Veteran Thane Herbert, Age 93 of Crossville, TN.
Died Mar. 27, 2021
I had the honor of meeting and talking with his hero a few years ago.
We had a great 6.81 Mile walk today. We walked to the City Cemetery and visited a few of our brothers in arms and then we walked to the War Memorial Park down town and read some names on the wall. We had 142 honks this morning. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero.
WWII Army Veteran Thane Herbert will not be forgotten !
