he U.S. Department of Defense has confirmed the deaths of six Marines in one squad when the troop transporter they were riding in hit a bomb while working as part of Operation Matador in Karabilah.
Grant leaves behind a fiancee, a 5-year-old daughter and 17-month-old son.
We had a great 9.94 Mile walk this morning.
We stopped by the War Memorial Park down town. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 274 honks. It was amazing.
Marine LCPL Jonathan W. Grant will not be forgotten !
