My walk today was dedicated in honor of:

Airforce Capt. Arthur Leonard Warren, Age 30 of Toledo, OH.
KIA Dec. 5, 1966, Vietnam

Capt. Warren is honored at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall on Panel 13E, Line 15.
He is buried at Section 65, Grave 17 of the Arlington National Cemetery.

Capt. Warren’s remains were recovered in Sept. 1986 and identified in Dec. of that year.

Capt. Arthur L. Warren was lost when his RF-101 was shot down over North Vietnam during a photo reconmission. He was seen to have parachuted from his aircraft.

He may have also served in the US Marine Corps before his service in the Air Force.

We had a great 10.62 Mile walk today. We walked a new road that we had not walked before. We went down Dunbar Ln. and then we went and visited some of our brothers and sisters in arms in the Crossville City Cemetery. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. It was amazing.

Airforce Capt. Arthur Leonard Warren will not be forgotten !
