My walk was dedicated in honor of:
Army Veteran Private Theodore Triplett
Private Theodore Triplett died alone – There was no one to claim his body. A number of veteran’s organizations made sure he was buried with honors and I want to make sure we do not forget about him.
He was laid to rest Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 at Middle Tennessee State veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN.
Their were about 20 to 30 people who attended the funeral. Mostly Veterans.
We don’t know the story behind Private Theodore Triplett but we do know he served his country honorably.
Had an amazing 10.24 mile walk this morning. I want to thank everyone that honked and waved in helping me honor this hero.
I will never forget him and proud to call you brother. You will not be forgotten.
