My walk today was dedicated in honor of :
Army PFC Bobby Dwight Lewis, Age 22 of Pikeville, TN
KIA Dec. 3, 1968 in Binh Duong Province , Vietnam
He was assigned to the B company 1st Battalion 16th Infantry, 1st Infantry division
He was awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense, Vietnam Service and Vietnam Campaign Medals
His name is located on Panel 37W Line 33 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall
He is burried at Brushy Cemetery, Pikeville, TN.
Had an amazing walk today. Got a little wet but that was ok. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero. You all are amazing. Thank you.
He will NOT be forgotten.
