Today my walk was dedicated in honor of:

Navy Veteran Stephen E Barnwell, Age 72 of Crossville, TN
Died July 5, 2019

Steve was a wise man of few words and selective of friends. To those close to him he was confidant, supporter and a loyal man who could read a novel in less than a day with a passion for fishing with his best friend, Robert.
Steve served in the US Army from 1967 to 1969 and enlisted in the US Navy in 1979, serving until his retirement in 1997.

He is buried at Tolletts Chapel Cemetery, Crossville, TN

We had an amazing 10 mile walk today. The honks and waves were just amazing. You don’t know how much that helps. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me honor this hero. It was great.

He will NOT be forgotten !

  1. Thank you so very much for honoring my daddy today! He was the best! He did his absolute best to raise us girls and loved our mom unconditionally. One of his greatest joys was his grandkids and great grand kids. He will never be forgotten! I love and miss you daddy! RIP
