My walk today was dedicated in honor of :
Army Veteran Billy Ray Lail, Age 67 of Winchester, KY.
Died Aug. 6, 2020
Mr. Lail was a Carpenter and the definition of a Handy Man, he could fix almost anything. Mr. Lail served his country for over 4 years in the Army during the Vietnam War as a Military Police Officer. He was a member of Bluegrass Baptist Church in Fayette County.
We had a great walk today. The weather was great and I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero.
He will not be forgotten !
