Died Sep. 16, 2021
SPC Tapueluelu was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team
Specialist Tapeuluelu was a cannon crewmember.
He was among the last of the troops to leave Afghanistan.
We had a great 6.08 Mile walk. We walked by Lake Holiday and then headed up towards town. We stopped by the The Donut Cafe. I want to thank them for helping us honor this hero this morning. We then stopped by the War Memorial Park before heading home. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us today and I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero. We had 102 honks this morning. Thank you
