My walk today was dedicated in honor of :
Army Veteran Joe Paul Buchanan, Age 85 of Crossville, TN.
Died Jan. 11, 2020
He was born April 2, 1934, in Tazewell
After serving in the Army, Joe worked for Volunteer Electric Cooperative in Decatur for 45 years until his retirement in 1999.
He is buried in the Grassy Cove Methodist Church Cemetery.
We had a great 10 mile walk this morning. The weather was perfect. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero.
He will NOT be forgotten !
