My walk today was dedicated in honor of :
Marine Veteran LCPL John Shannon, Age 63 of Columbus, GA.
Died Apr. 6, 2021
John was also a Cpl. in the US Army and a SN US Navy.
He was a Cold War Veteran
He use to be the president of the Renegades MC here in Crossville
His nickname was Alabama
We had an amazing 5.79 walk this morning. Navy Veteran James walked with us this morning to honor his brother. We walked up to the War Memorial Park down town and back. I want to thank James, and my friend Robert for walking with us today. I want to thank all those who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero this morning. It was amazing. We had 138 Honks this morning.
Marine, Army, Navy Veteran John Shannon will not be forgotten !
