Today my walk was dedicated in honor of:

Marine LCPL Timothy M. Jackson, Age 22 of Corbin, KY.
KIA Sep. 30, 2010 Operation Enduring Freedom

He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, NC.

Lance Cpl. Timothy M. Jackson, 22, of Corbin, Ky., died Sept. 30 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

We had a great 7.73 Mile walk today. We walked out in the country. We stopped to see the buffalo and got to see them from a distance. They didn’t want their photo taken this morning. What a beautiful walk we had. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 73 honks this morning.

Marine LCPL Timothy M. Jackson will not be forgotten !
