My walk today was dedicated in honor of:
Army Veteran Sargent first class Lester Rulen Holt of Crossville, TN.
died July 2 2006
Served during the Korean war
He served 4 years active service and then 29 years National Guards.
He is burried in the Hale Chapel Cemetery here in Cumberland County, TN.
Had an amazing walk. I got to meet Lester’s son Thomas up at the memorial park this morning. Was great to get to meet you.
I want to thank everyone that honked and waved in helping me honor this hero. You all were amazing.
