We had a great 21.32 Mile walk today. Today we participated in the Run For Baby Stormie in Cumberland Mountain State Park. We started out by walking by Holiday Hills Lake and then headed down Lantana Road and walked to the State Park. We got to meet lot’s of great people their at the State Park. We got started on the 5K run/walk , It was great even though I did take a wrong turn and did a little extra millage but it was great. After the run we headed back out of the park to the south and then walked back towards town. Stopped by the VFW and then American Legion before taking a break at the War Memorial Park down town. I want to thank everyone at the “Run For Baby Stormie” for helping me honor this hero and it was an honor to help support and be a part of the Run. I also want to thank all who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 417 honks today. It was amazing. Thank You !
Marine LCpl Thomas E. Rivers Jr will not be forgotten !
