assigned to 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 8, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C
We had a great 9.58 Mile walk today. We walked by Lake Holiday and then headed up to town to the War Memorial Park. We then presented the colors for the car show up town. We then headed north on 127 and turned on Northside Drive. We walked threw The Gardens before heading home. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 313 honks. It was amazing. Thank you.
