My walk this morning was dedicated in honor of:
Army SP4 Floyd Watsel Lamb Jr, Age 20 of Chuckey, TN.
KIA May 4, 1970 in Vietnam
He served with Company B, 1st Battalion 46th Infantry Regiment, Americal Division.
He is buried at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. His name can be found on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall on Panel 11W, Line 96.
He was awarded the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, National Defense, Vietnam Service, and Vietnam Campaign Medals
We had an amazing 10 mile walk this morning. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero. It was amazing.
He will NOT be forgotten.
