We had a great 13.87 Mile walk today. We walked by the Crossville Army National Guard and then stopped in the Obed River Park to walk with my 7 year old great granddaughter, Brystol . It doesn’t get any better then this. We walked the whole trail in the park. We had a great time honoring this hero. I then continued our walk and stopped by the 9/11 Memorial and then walked up town to the War Memorial Park. Headed back up 127 and stopped by the Train Depot for a photo and then turned onto Northside Drive and walked out in the country till I got back on Sparta Hwy and then home. It was a beautiful day. I want to thank my great granddaughter for helping me honor this hero and I want to thank all who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 287 Honks. It was amazing. Thank You.
Army National Guard Eric John Ward will not be forgotten !
