We had a great 9.67 Mile walk today. We walked to Northside Drive and walked to hwy 127 and headed to the War Memorial Park down town. We then headed back on West Ave. I want to thank Candy Smith for walking with us today helping us honor this hero. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero today. We had 137 honks. It was an amazing walk. Thank You !
Army Veteran SFC Stanley Bruce Aytes will not be forgotten !
Tim French, you are a blessing to so many people. You unconditionally gave up your time to walk in this heat along the side of a busy highway carrying the United States flag for my husband of 37 1/2 years, Stanley B. Aytes. He would be very honored and appreciative to you and your team for doing this for him.
