PFC Carter is buried in the Smith Chapel Cemetery in Macon County, TN.
We had a great 6.01 Mile walk. We walked up town to the War Memorial Park and back. I want to thank Crossville Train Depot and Best One Tire & Auto Care for flying our colors. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us today and I thank all who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero. We had 76 Honks today. Thank You.
Let us never forget Army PFC Foy Carter
