My walk today was dedicated in honor of:
Korean War Veteran Army Pvt. Jeff L. Goss age 49 of Crossville, TN.
Died Dec. 30, 1985 from injuries he suffered in the Korean War.
The war injuries plagued him for years before passing following many operations to repair a stomach aneurysm.
He was a longtime member of the American Legion, Post 163. He served four times as Post Commander and twice as Four District Commander before serving as Middle Tennessee Vice-Commander and State Vice-Commander.
Had a wonderful walk even tho it was a little colder then normal and it was snowing. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero.
He will NOT be forgotten.
