We had a great 17.89 Mile walk today. It was a great honor to walk with Army PFC Lansford Sr today. We walked by Lake Holiday and then headed towards the State Park. After spending some time their we headed back North on 127. We stopped in at the VFW to say hello and then continued to the War memorial Park down town. We then visited his grave in the Crossville City Cemetery and then headed home. The weather was beautiful and we had an amazing walk. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us today and I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero.
WWII Army Veteran PFC Edwin Gaines Lansford Sr will not be forgotten !
