CSM (Retired) was next selected to take on the job of Fentress County Veterans Service Officer, ensuring the Veterans and their dependents of Fentress County received all their earned benefits from the VA. He was often heard to say that this was the most rewarding job of his lifetime.

We had a great 10.82 Mile walk this morning. We walked by Holiday Hills Lake and then headed to the War Memorial Park down town. We then visited to Crossville City Cemetery where we visited several of our fallen brothers and sisters. We then made a stop at the 9/11 Memorial. We then headed out to Northside drive where we stopped to look at some buffalo. We then walked threw the beautiful Gardens before heading home. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us and I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and or saluted. We had 151 honks today. It was amazing. Thank you

Army Veteran Bill Phipps will not be forgotten !
