Today my walk was dedicated in honor of:
Army PFC Charles Boyd White, Age 21 of Trenton, MI.
KIA May 1, 1966 in Vietnam
He served with Company A, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division.
He was awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense, Vietnam Service, and Vietnam Campaign Medals.
Charles is located on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall at Panel 7E, Line 15
We had an amazing 6 mile walk today. What beautiful weather. We stopped in the City Cemetery to visit some veterans and clean their military head stones. I want to thank everyone who honked and waved in helping me honor this hero. It was amazing.
He will NOT be forgotten !
