My walk this morning was dedicated in honor of:

Army PFC Brandon Jay Kreischer, Age 20 of Stryker, OH.
KIA July 29, 2019 during Operation Freedom’s Sentinel

He was assigned to Company B., 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC.

He was a true All American. His goal in life was to enlist in the Army as an infantryman and he achieved that goal on April 25, 2017. In his own words he says the day he enlisted was the proudest day of his life and he said he was proud to be an American. He believed that whatever cause America believes in, He had an obligation to believe in it also as he was a patriot.

Kreischer’s awards and decorations include the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terror Service Medal, the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Basic Parachutist Badge.

We had an amazing 9.39 mile walk. We visited the war memorials down town and stopped by and visited several of our Fallen veterans in the Crossville, City cemetery. I want to thank Cumberland County for helping me support and honor this hero. The honks today were amazing.

He will not be forgotten !
