Our walk today was dedicated in honor of:

WWI Army Veteran PVT William Peevely, Age 94 of Wells Springs, TN
Died Nov. 26, 1983

He was in france with his company , They were attacked by the Germans he was the only surivor . they got hit with Mustard gas . He was a Great man he plowed gardens with horses when he was 65 . Claiborne Co. Tn.

WW1 Veteran, 10 Co. 20 Engrs.

We had a great 5.88 Mile walk. We walked uptown to the War Memorial Park and then we presented the flag for the Crossville Cruise In. We got to visit with lots of people. I want to thank them all for helping me honor this hero. It was a great day. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero . We had 130 honks. A special thanks to Kim, and also CRA Chapter 16001 Crossville, TN for going out of their way today to help honor this hero.
