My walk this morning was dedicated in honor of :
Air Force Veteran Jerry N Treadway, Age 77 of Pleasant Hill, TN.
Died Aug. 22, 2007
Nature was his second home and he so enjoyed sharing it with those he loved. The greatness of his life was the impact he made on his family and friends, which will go on for generations to come. They were proud to call you Daddy, Grandpa and friend. He will truly be missed.
He was a craftsman and had served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
He enlisted april 12, 1951 when he was 21 years old
We had a great walk this morning. We got to see a very beautiful sunrise and the temp. was perfect. We walked to the Pomona Oaklawn Cemetery and we visited all the veterans their and even cleaned a few of their military headstones. I want to thank everyone that honked and waved in helping me honor this hero. It was amazing.
He will not be forgotten !
